HKS Intercooler upgrade for MK III Supra

Here's all the parts in the intercooler kit from HKS. In this shot, the piping is as received from HKS, that is, painted black. I had all the piping ceramic coated to keep the heat out of the pipes and to protect them from rusting. They are steel. They look so much better after they have been coated!

Here's a shot of the intercooler all by itself.

Here's a shot of the nose of the car showing the intercooler in place.

Here's a shot of the engine bay with the piping kit in place.

Here's a shot of the nose of the car. You can see the fresh air induction hose (black) to the left of the intercooler. It is ducted up thru the bulkhead to just in front of the FIPK.

I had to replace the stock Power Steering Coolers with an aftermarket unit for a motorcycle because there wasn't enough room for the stock unit. I made up a bracket and mounted the oil cooler between the IC and the stock radiator. I used flex line to connect the unit to the PS system. You can just see the end of it underneath the horns.
